I started managing BDG at 21 years old and took over all aspects of the business. Still today, it has been the foundational experience in my professional career and has taught me numerous transferable skills preparing me for a career outside of the baseball industry.
Managing BDG meant wearing many hats. While my day-to-day was spent coaching athletes, many of my hours before, between, and after were spent on my laptop pushing the business forward on all fronts.
